The Customer Service Representative reports directly to the Manager, Supply Chain Business Operations and performs various customer service functions such as data entry, customer relations, billing inquires and general office duties. This position will research and provide resolution to customer service-related issues. The Supply Chain Customer Service Coordinator works as team member and positively accepts change throughout the Health System while establishing relationships. Location: Johns Hopkins Hospital Baltimore, MD 21231 Hours: 40 Hours (Full Time) Days- 6:30am- 3pm or 7:30am-4pm Every other weekend required, both Saturday and Sunday Education:

Salary Range: Minimum 16.86 per hour - Maximum 27.84 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
