Job Description Explore with us! Terracon's Southern California Metro locations seek a Construction Materials and Inspection Project Manager to join their team. This position provides opportunities to work on various construction and transportation infrastructure projects throughout Southern California. This position can be based out of Terracon's Los Angeles or Colton location. General Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of the Construction Materials and Inspection project to ensure it is safely completed on time and within scope and budget. Responsible for completing the project per its contracted scope; monitor progress and performance against the project plan. Troubleshoot and recommend or resolve operational problems and minimize delays. May be responsible for resource management, project scheduling, budgets and forecasts, and working with external vendors, subcontractors, or contractors. Conducts meetings and prepares reports to communicate the project status to the project team and client. Set priorities, assign tasks, and coordinate staff to meet project targets and milestones. May have responsibilities to communicate with the client and deliver work products to the client's satisfaction. Coordinates effort with APR to make sure that APR has the opportunity to engage throughout the project, particularly at critical junctures. Is involved with approving invoices, preparing change orders, and collections. Essential Roles and Responsibilities:
The expected salary range for this position is listed below. The base range may be adjusted based on the specific location of the applicant.
