The Creative Director (CD) provides design leadership for all 3D Retail Design within the in-house design team. Working in collaboration with counterpart creatives (3D Displays and 2D Creative Communications), this position sets the tone for all Verizon Retail. This is an execution focused position for someone with demonstrated achievements in retail, who can successfully manage the balance between business, technology and design. We are looking for a creative leader who will help Verizon become the leader in store design and retail experience. The CD inspires and leads a team of designers and external consultants, and has the needed skills to translate business requirements into clear design direction in a physical environment. For part-timers, your coverage will vary as you may be eligible for some of these benefits depending on your individual circumstances. If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maryland, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington or Washington, D.C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $149,000.00 and $277,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours. |
