Description Central Garden & Pet is looking for a Quality & General HR Assistant to be a part of our Chilton, WI business unit (Kaytee). This blended role is responsible for coordination and document control with the Quality department and general administration tasks within Human Resources. This role primarily manages and maintains document control with the Quality team including maintaining records and ensuring the accuracy of the documents. General administration responsibilities will include maintaining records on Dayforce, coordinating office supplies, incoming/outgoing mail, deliveries, project work and ad hoc requests across the business unit. This position will work closely with internal cross-functional teams including Quality, HR, R&D, Operations, Master Data to ensure timely execution and completion of projects.
