Position Summary
The primary location of this position is the Cullowhee, NC campus.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Coordinator to oversee several functions within Facilities Management. These include, but are not limited to, fleet maintenance, preventive maintenance (PM) program, and facility condition assessment program ( FCAP).

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in fleet repair and maintenance, as well as demonstrated leadership abilities. The position shall be responsible for setting mid- to long-range maintenance goals and objectives and the prioritization of activities and tasks while ensuring efficient workflow and maintaining high-quality service standards in areas of responsibility.

Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required for this Position
* Must have a working knowledge of fleet management, as well as building trades.
* Must be computer literate and able to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
* Must be able to communicate well, orally and in writing.
* Must be able to work both alone and as a team player.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalency and two years of experience in trade(s) areas assigned; or equivalent combination of training and experience.
