This is Prolacta Bioscience's mission! Take a look at this opportunity with our sales team, which is seeking a passionate individual, to fill the role of our Clinical Sales Specialist.

As a Clinical Sales Specialist, you will be an active member of the Sales team while calling on hospitals and building relationships to sell Prolacta's line of human milk products. You will be a trusted partner, proactively anticipating business needs to be able to support our team, leaders, and the clients we support.

How you will contribute

This role will provide you with the opportunity to contribute to the growth of our organization and develop your professional skills by...

* Meet or exceed sales budget for Prolacta's product line in assigned territory.

* Develop relationships with territory KOL's.

* Build relationships with HCP's associated with territory hospital NICU's Other duties and responsibilities

* Implement speaker programs within territory

* Work collaboratively with cross-functional team members to generate new business and grow existing business

* Additional duties as assigned.

What you bring to the role

Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree a plus

* 3 years' experience required in medical sales Qualifications:

* Licensed Registered Nurse or Registered Dietitian preferred.

* Individual must demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills, must be able to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.

* Strong presentation skills are a must.

* Highly motivated and target driven with proven track record in sales

* Strategic hospital selling experience with preferred call points to include NICU Healthcare Professionals such as Neonatologists, and Neonatal Nurse Practitioners

* Experience working with hospital C-Suite

What else do you need to know

Location: Remote /Field based - Southwest Texas

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

Travel: 40% determined through the needs of the business

FLSA: Exempt

Hiring Range: $90,000 - 100,000 plus commission and car allowance
