Organizational Transformation Consultant

As a process improvement consultant, you'lluse your expertise to assess how alterationswillimpact business processes and design. From unrealized potential to systemic challenges, you'll provide your client with a holistic view of their organizationto transform their practices for the better.

You Have:

• 1+ years of experience with strategic planning and execution, change management, and facilitation

• Experience with planning and executing large projects, including the management of events or workshops

• Ability to apply frameworks aligned to strategy for transformation efforts in the public sector

• Ability to craft and deliver a compelling narrative to influence action on key business decisions and major change initiatives

• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance

• Scheduled to obtain Bachelor's degree by December 2024

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with working in a highly collaborative, team-oriented environment

• Experience with data analysis and visualization using Microsoft Excel, Tableau, or Power BI

• Ability to develop presentations and work products using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel

• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
