JOB TYPE Classification: Nonexempt Supervises Positions: No JOB SUMMARY The Program Manager, Workforce Pipeline Development will play a critical role in enhancing the UVA Community Health's talent pipeline by developing and managing programs that create pathways into healthcare careers for community members. This role involves working closely with educational institutions, community organizations, and internal teams to design and implement strategies that support workforce development and address talent shortages in the healthcare sector. The incumbent may be asked to perform additional duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS Education: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Human Resources, Education, Social Work, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certification (e.g., Project Management Professional) is a plus. Experience: At least 3 years of experience in project coordination, program management, or workforce development, preferably within the healthcare sector.
