The program assistant will report directly to the Create Better Health Assistant Director/ Program Manager and will be responsible for supporting the state office to stay organized, efficient, and effective in reaching the organization's mission. Responsibilities Assist the program manager as needed including scheduling check ins with ambassadors, collecting signatures, preparing documents, setting up meetings, etc. Budget support:

Work closely with HR and business services to process hiring, change in positions, and terminations New Hire Support:
Collect and compile information for statewide SNAP-Ed events through the state to distribute to admin, partners, and Extension calendar of events. Ordering and shipping materials as requested Receipt processing for state team in Business Services' ServiceNow system. Maintain an organized office:
Staff engagement role:
Answer main office telephone and greet occasional guests and direct them to the appropriate person for assistance. Coordinate planning and hosting large events and conferences (i.e., Annual Conference, State Office Retreat, Holiday Party, etc.) Qualifications Minimum Requirements:
