HID PACS, located in multiple development locations across the world, is recognized as the global leader in the design, manufacture and supply of access control security technology. As ourAssociate Product Marketing Manager, you'll support HID's successby:




  • Engaging customers and experts to understand the pain points in the market, including those of our partners and end users.
  • Providing feedback to help support the product teams develop customer-centric products for North America.
  • Researching and proactively finding information on competition. Use competitive knowledge to help support the sales organization.
  • Identifying, documenting, and regularly refining target market personas based on this customer insight.
  • Tracking key metrics and use data to capture actionable insights.
  • Helping develop and deliver sales and partner training content to improve sales performance.
  • Collaborating with the Marcomm team to coordinate and execute product releases and new product launches including messaging and positioning, internal communications, and field/event marketing
  • Coordinating ongoing VOC, training and other partner events that are specific to North America
  • Providing ongoing communication with sales and business teams on upcoming product roadmaps, product updates, competitive information and other market trends.

  • Travel up to 25% domestic and some international travel for trade shows, sales meetings and customer visits.



YourExperienceand Education include:




  • 5+ years in product marketing, partner marketing, sales, product management or a related role
  • Minimum of bachelor's degree in marketing or other relevant discipline.
  • Candidates with an equivalent education plus relevant work experience may also be considered.

The wage range for this role considers a broad scope of factors that are considered when making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At HID, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.

The base salary for CA is $116,000 to $130,000.
