The Sr. Project Manager, Project Management Center of Excellence (PMCOE) is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating multiple initiatives and product development projects. This role ensures that goals are achieved safely, on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. This position guarantees delivery of quality products and services that meet or exceed stakeholder expectations, contributing to Oceaneering's strategic growth. LOCATION * Hybrid work environment, offering flexibility between virtual and in-office settings as required. Duties & Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL * Lead and manage PMCOE initiatives to drive continuous improvement and project management excellence across the organization. ADDITIONAL * Deliver monthly status reports, financial updates, and variance explanations to management and other stakeholders. Qualifications
REQUIRED * Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience. DESIRED * Accredited degree in Engineering. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER CHARACTERISTICS * Strong leadership and team management skills. Additional Information
