BP Material Handler - 1st Shift Hillsboro, New Hampshire, United States - OSI USA Danvers What we expect
  • Responsible for performing complex tasks involved in the handling of materials.
  • Shipping and receiving of materials.
  • Storing materials properly in designated areas, following instructions to issue/return materials, returning rejected materials, prepares merchandise for transfer, arranges for pick-ups, loads/unloads of trucks and prepares paperwork and labels for shipments.
  • Verifies receipt of product to stores location, store to store transfers, return authorization requests, and completes/verifies computerized transactions.
  • Conducts inventory/cycle counts procedures and can follow packing slip and delivery procedures.
  • Operates a lift truck to transport goods and material throughout the facility, must have the ability to work under time constraints, multi-tasking and prioritization skills are necessary.
  • Also Interacts with internal/external associates and truck drivers/delivery personnel daily.

Schedule for 1st shift Material Handler 6:30am-3pm

  • As a member of our Packaging team, you will directly impact the final step of production before going out to the market. This role is responsible for packaging the finished automotive headlight bulbs for delivery to our retail customers. You will contribute to:
  • Assembly, packing, weighing and labeling cartons for delivery, shipment, or storage. Identifying correct labeling and documentation.
  • Inspecting final product and packaging to ensure they are not damaged
  • Following all company guidelines regarding packaging.
  • Handling inventory with care and attention to detail.
Who we are looking for
  • High School graduate or equivalent required.
  • Must successfully pass Industrial lift Physical & Drug Test.
  • Must be tested/maintain a valid lift operation license/certification.
  • Must be well organized, detail oriented, and time oriented.
  • 2-3 years related experience preferred.
