Minimum Experience/Education	Pass a Background Check Holds certification from the BACB as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA.) Strong patient assessment, patient management, and documentation skills.
Departmental Preferred Experience, Skills, Training/Education:	Graduate Degree in Special Education Experience working with children with Autism Candidates should have excellent communication and documentation skills. Holds NC BCBA License - if you do not hold one, you must obtain it within 30 days of employment.
Duties and Responsibilities	About the Job The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst ( BCBA) will hold direct and indirect caseloads and provide oversight to our virtual BCBAs as well as clinic-based Behavioral and Registered Behavioral Technicians (BTs/RBTs) in the daily delivery of Applied Behavior Analysis ( ABA) plans of care, as well as work in conjunction with other Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and licensed professionals on the Compleat KiDZ team. Direct duties listed below. Assessing behavioral needs of children with Autism. Designing interventions for children with Autism. Supporting research projects focused on children with Autism.
