Required The MIL Corporation is looking for a Radio Frequency (RF) Engineer (Engineering, Associate) to support various RF communications systems and projects. This role, which is based in Lexington Park, MD, supports a Federal Government client in Washington, DC and other projects as needed. This position currently requires a hybrid schedule, with 3 days on-site. Schedule is subject to change based on company/contract requirements. Responsibilities

Education Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college. A high school diploma and six (6) years of work experience related to the position or an Associate's Degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college plus four (4) years of additional work experience related to the position may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree. Clearance All applicants for this position must possess a current Top-Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a Top-Secret/SCI with Yankee White clearance; please note that the clearance process takes into account financial background aspects. Salary at MIL is determined based on factors such as qualifications, experience, and contractual limitations. For this position, the projected compensation range is $100,847 - $131,271 per year.
