**This position serves the following Communities: Chimes Terrace, Lincoln Village and Stygler Commons; therefore, due to required travel, the ideal candidate will reside in this general area.

We are owned and operated byNational Church Residences, the nation's largest provider of affordable senior housing and health care services. We are seeking a Sales Consultant who will share in our vision to advance better living and care for seniors!

Qualified candidates for this position offer:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
• Experience: Four to Seven years in a sales environment

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Provides presentations and information to prospective clients.
• Assists prospective clients in decision to select a living unit.
• Obtains new applications for residency for vacant living units.
• Obtains support documents for new applicants. Provides pertinent information to Move-In Coordinator for the move-in.
• Completes daily activity sheets. Records and files all communications between the facility and applicant pertaining to sales process or occupancy.
• Follows-up contacts with leads in order to progress from initial inquiry to visit sale.
• Works within current lead management system for proper filing of leads and follow-up.
