Project Coordinator

The Opportunity:

As a program and project management specialist, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it's imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That's why we need you, a program and project management specialist who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.

On our team, you'll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of corporate strategy. You'll work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting. You'll help with tactical planning using resources like MS Project and regular interactions with SMEs, schedulers, customers, or project analysts. You'll assist inpreparing small business subcontracting plans on proposal efforts and ensure appropriate prime contract flow downs and firm or agency provisions are incorporated into subcontract agreements.

You Have:

  • 1+ years of experience with the negotiation and writing of subcontracting documents, and the FAR and US government procurement regulations

  • Experience with purchasing in the federal government environment

  • Experience with different contract types, including Cost Plus, Fixed Price, Time and Materials, or Incentive Fee contracts

  • Experience in reviewing terms and conditions and statements of work for areas of risk and risk mitigation in accordance with company policies and procedures

  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite

  • Experience with detail-oriented work, including finding and correcting errors in written digital communications

  • Knowledge of file management and digital organization, including Microsoft SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams

  • Ability to compile and consolidate information from multiple sources to create original documents, revise existing documents, and produce accurate products

  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance

  • HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience supporting specific subcontracts administration or procurement in support of U.S. Government subcontracts, Civil, or Commercial clients

  • Experience with technical writing and editing

  • Experience reviewing contracts, NDAs, and Source Justifications

  • Knowledge of negotiating various contract types, including Firm Fixed-Price (FFP), Firm-Fixed-Price, Level-of-Effort (FFPLOE), Cost-plus-fixed-fee (CPFF) Term and Level of Effort (LOE), Time and Materials (T&M), Indefinite-Delivery, or Indefinite Quantity Contracts (IDIQ) types

  • Knowledge of federal acquisition regulations (FARs), General Services Administration (GSA) schedules, Government-wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs), or IDIQ vehicles

  • Knowledge of FAR, DFARs, and acquisition principals

  • Knowledge of Army Aviation systems

  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment

  • Ability to display flexibility and a positive attitude in dynamic work situations

  • Possession of excellent organizational, critical thinking, and analytical skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
