As the Business Office Systems Teams technical advisor, the Senior Process Architect, Business Offices provides technical expertise to set the vision and strategy for Northside Hospital's Business Office solutions and technology. The Senior Process Architect applies complex design principles and methodology to ensure cost-effective and optimal use of resources and technology. Evaluate, assess, and recommend applications and technologies for potential deployment at Northside Hospital. Business Office Executive communication skills required to present to and influence organizational leadership, colleagues, business partners and industry experts in-line with the defined vision of the Enterprise. Experience in cloud-based technologies, Process Automation Technology, Scripting Technologies, web technologies, enterprise architecture, project management, and information security technologies.

This role will play a key part in automating processes for the business office through RPA.

  1. B.S. degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or other related field OR degree can be offset four (5) years equivalent relevant or technical job experience.
  2. 2+ years of experience in Systems platform technologies.
  3. Experience as an IT architect in a complex environment.
  4. Deep understanding of application automation and monitoring technologies.
  5. Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Preferred:

  1. Two years of robotic process automation with a major automation software like UiPath
  2. Strong Microsoft SQL experience
  3. Hospital experience
