Job Description

We have an opportunity for a ServiceNow Solution Architect to join our talented ServiceNow implementation practice supporting US Federal customers. We are seeking candidates who can demonstrate their ability to perform with agility and act with an understanding of the importance of the customer's mission--delivering value by managing dynamic environments, objectives, and priorities. The candidate will effectively leverage the ServiceNow platform and their own expertise to implement enterprise business solutions for our customer. They will be a member of a cross-functional team responsible for enhancing the ServiceNow platform, implementing new products, and developing ServiceNow solutions. The successful candidate can effectively provide strategic and tactical support to clients, support multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities. This is a 100% remote position.

Responsibilities

    Solution Design: Collaborate with clients to understand their unique business requirements and design innovative solutions using the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on optimizing Service Portfolio Management (SPM) and Proven Optics processes.
  • Architecture Development: Develop comprehensive architectural designs and configurations for ServiceNow implementations, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.
  • Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows to meet the specific needs of our clients, particularly within the Service Portfolio Management domain.
  • Integration Management: Lead the integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data exchange and interoperability to support service portfolio data management.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, driving excellence in solution delivery and ensuring adherence to quality standards and project timelines.
  • Documentation and Training: Create detailed technical documentation, including architectural diagrams and user guides. Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams to facilitate knowledge transfer and promote effective utilization of ServiceNow capabilities.
  • Quality Assurance and Testing: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate the functionality, performance, and security of ServiceNow solutions. Ensure rigorous quality assurance processes are in place to deliver robust and reliable solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of emerging trends and developments in the ServiceNow ecosystem. Actively participate in the ServiceNow community to share knowledge, exchange best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.


Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience in related technical discipline, and eight (8) years of architecture experience with the ServiceNow platform
  • Must be eligible to meet government eligibility requirements
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
  • Experience with implementing financial modeling/Financial Management
  • Experience with Integration/Data Migration
  • Experience with Service Portal

Preferred

  • ServiceNow SPM-related Foundations training or CIS Certification (preferred)
  • ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (CMA) (preferred)
  • Agile/Scrum related certifications (preferred)
  • Federal Consulting Industry Experience Preferred
  • Experience with Proven Optics
