Surgical Tech PRN

Join our dynamic Surgical Services team at Baptist Health LaGrange and play a key role in delivering exceptional patient care. As a Surgical Technician, you'll support life-saving surgeries, maintain sterile fields, and work closely with top surgeons and healthcare professionals.

• Prepare surgical instruments and supplies for procedures.
• Ensure a sterile field and assist in surgeries/endoscopies.
• Communicate effectively with the surgical team and patients to ensure safe, high-quality care.

• Completion of a Surgical Tech program or 1+ year as a scrub tech.
• BCLS certification within 90 days of hire.
• Certified Endoscopy Tech within 6 months (PRN exempt).

• CST (Certified Scrub Technician) and/or CSPDT (Certified Sterile Processing Tech).
