We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at our program in West Covina, CA Work under the direction of a Psychologist with a team of experienced BCBAs.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced BCBA looking for career growth and access to continued trainings. Small case load, no travel and the ability to develop your clinical skills. Earn up to $100,00.00 annually + mileage reimbursement Position Details Our BCBAs will conduct comprehensive Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) of presenting issues and observe participants in various settings for developing the behavior support plan and work within a multidisciplinary setting. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: * Master's degree required with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis * Licensed BCBA Professional in the state of California * 2+ years of experience providing direct services to clients with various developmental disabilities, behavioral health diagnosis, and/or severe behavior challenges in a hospital, behavioral health, home-based, educational, or social services setting preferably cross-age groups. * NADD - Clinical Certification (Preferred) * Bilingual in Spanish (Preferred) * Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Protected Veterans/Disabled | |
