Medical Receptionist - Medical Call Center Primary Care
Rockville MD Pay From: $19 Per Hour MUST: Experienced Medical Receptionist with medical call center and high volume phone experience 3 years of private practice medical office experience Experience working in a primary care office a plus Experience working in a fast paced multi-provider office Comfortable working in a medical call center Strong scheduling experience Experience verifying and updating patient information in ECW Strong customer service support Ability to triage phone calls DUTIES: Answer a high volume of phone calls Schedule appointments Verify and update patient information in ECW EMR Provide personal attention and support to patients Answer questions regarding practice sites Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
