• Hillcrest Medical Center is a 656-bed hospital that includes The Alexander Burn Center, The Peggy V. Helmerich Women's Health Center, Kaiser Rehabilitation Center, the latest technology for the treatment of cancer, and the Oklahoma Heart Institute.

Responsible to the Director of Case Management for the overall development, assessment, coordination, planning and ongoing operation of the Case Management Department on a day-to-day basis.

Job Requirements:

• Current Oklahoma license with the State of Oklahoma
• Three (3) years of experience as a Acute Care Case Manager

Preferred Job Requirements:

• Prior leadership experience
• Certified Case Manager (CCM)
