This role encompasses a lot in a fast pace environment- rooming patients, chart prep, appointment scheduling, testing and procedure scheduling, primarily working with elderly patients, and should be comfortable with answering phones. $3,000 SIGN ON BONUS AVAILABLE Provides clinical support to health care professionals to ensure the delivery of quality health care services. Practice Overview The Structural Heart & Valve Center is a mature clinic group combined with highly experienced specialists offering groundbreaking advances to the treatment of structural heart and valve diseases. MAs in this clinic could expect to room patients, review missing patient survey emails with the quality team, make reminder calls, conduct normal result letters, answer phones, schedule testing (ECHOs, spirometry, EKG, CT scans, carotid ultrasounds, etc.), one year follow-up scheduling, review schedules and images for referrals, send outgoing referrals, EKGs, Spirometry, and occasionally transporting patients.
