Description
Position Summary: Under the supervision of the North Central Director of Behavioral Health the Outpatient Services Lead Manager provides administrative and Evidenced Based Practice (EBP) focused supervision to clinical supervisors and staff and participates in administrative activities to support program and service delivery. In collaboration with the North Central Director of Behavioral Health, they will oversee and ensure that all outpatient behavioral health services provided, are in line with the mission, vision and strategic goals of Catholic Charities. The Outpatient Services Lead Manager in collaboration with the Clinical Utilization Manager works to ensure that high qualify services are provided and participates in tasks focused on continued quality improvement for the outpatient behavioral health programs in North Central region. The Lead Outpatient Services Manager will also work in conjunction with other managers and Directors throughout the Catholic Charities Network to ensure consistency in development and delivery of services and adherence to policy and procedure. This position directly supervises the clinical supervisors and service delivery of outpatient therapists, case managers, and New Journeys. Responsibilities: Outpatient Program oversight
