The anticipated salary range for this role is between $90,000.00and $170,000.00. The specific salary offered to an applicant will be based on their individual qualifications, experiences, and an analysis of the current compensation paid in their geography and the market for similar roles at the time of hire. The role may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive award. In addition to cash compensation, SMBC offers a competitive portfolio of benefits to its employees.

Role Description

SMBC is hiring a CW VMS Program Manager who will be responsible for leading implementation and ongoing internal stakeholder/client value delivery of our Vendor Management Software (VMS), Fieldglass. As the key internal stakeholder/client point of contact, you will ensure our CW Program is set up to meet internal stakeholder/client needs and ensure a smooth onboarding process for both internal stakeholders/clients and approved suppliers.

Our ideal candidate for this role will be a detail-oriented professional with a proven track record in project management, client relationship management, and excellent communication. This role will be exempt and will report to the Executive Director of Procurement Operations.

Role Objectives
  • Developing and executing the implementation plan for our VMS solution to support contingent labor across SMBC AD Requires internal crossfunctional program management and influence as well as excellent client and vendor communication

  • Maintaining strong client relationships over time so that you understand and can champion their evolving needs and guide them to success in their terms

  • Partnering with the leadership team to define value desired outcomes and the bestinclass approach developing and rolling out this CW Program

  • Responsible for the daytoday delivery services to our internal stakeholderclients with a primary focus on effectively managing specific needs relating to the CW VMS Program

  • Support the full lifecycle recruitment process for temporary hire requisitions Such as

  • Conducting intake calls with client hiring manager to identify staffing needs and ideal candidate review job requisitions and distribute to appropriate Staffing Partners

  • Worker and staffing partners onoffboarding

  • Review candidate submittals and present to client hiring managers coordinate requested interviews and conducts followups as needed

  • Facilitate job offers with Staffing Partners of selected candidates and manage compliance during onboarding process

  • Coordinate candidates first day details

  • Track update and close out open requisitions in the VMS tool

  • Assist with payroll and compliance requirements for Contingent Workforce population and timekeeping for MSP workforce

  • Assist workers with daytoday inquiries that include but are not limited to

  • Timekeeping

  • Creating ad hoc reports for clients

  • Developing maintaining and strengthening client and Staffing Partner relationships

Qualifications and Skills
  • 5-7 years' experience and proven success in end-to-end project management

  • Have an MSP/VMS and/or Human Resources background

  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills

  • Proven ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams and influence outcomes that lead to success

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with adaptability to address evolving client, vendor, and internal needs and unexpected challenges

  • Extraordinary organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

  • Possess the ability to multitask within multiple software systems

  • Are self-motivated individual who can identify and resolve situations with limited guidance

  • Established level of professionalism to maintain the integrity of confidential information included in hiring processes

  • Ability to work well and excel in a team environment

  • Flexible to shift priorities as needed to service the Client

  • Have demonstrated integrity, dependability, diplomacy and resourcefulness with a strong work ethic. Have strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and VMS systems.

  • The ability to effectively interact with individuals of diverse backgrounds and different levels of experience.
