Responsibilities

ENGLISH TEACHER - HIGH SCHOOL

Year round, full-time, salaried-exempt position: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm

Salary Range: $48,000 - $66,000 per year based on education & experience

Provo Canyon School, located in Provo, Utah, has a proud history of providing quality services and successful treatment outcomes to adolescents and their families. Our dedicated team strives to change the lives of adolescents between the ages of 12 and 18 by providing compassionate, skills-based care that is personalized to meet each student's specific needs. We offer evidence-based treatment and services to adolescents who struggle from complex emotional and mental health conditions in a psychiatric residential treatment center setting.

Qualifications

Your Qualifications and Skills will include:

  • Valid secondary teaching certificate with an English endorsement
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • Mild to Moderate Special Education endorsement preferred, BUT NOT REQUIRED
  • Must be at least 21 years of age and able to pass criminal history background check and drug screen
