What You'll Do As a Regional Manager you'll:
Lead with Vision: Manage a diverse portfolio of properties and ensure operational excellence across your region. Inspire Teams: Mentor and empower site managers and staff to deliver exceptional results. Drive Growth: Develop and execute strategies to meet financial, operational, and resident satisfaction goals. Enhance Communities: Ensure properties meet high standards for safety, compliance, and livability. Foster Relationships: Build strong connections with residents, stakeholders, and community partners.
Streamline Operations:
Maintain effective communication between Property Managers, Central Office, and stakeholders. Oversee hiring, training, performance management, and employee recognition. Monitor marketing efforts, leasing practices, and ensure compliance with fair housing laws. Audit administrative and maintenance processes; resolve resident concerns and recommend improvements. Manage budgets, review expenditures, and negotiate contracts within financial guidelines. Lead quarterly property audits and implement corrective action plans where needed. Oversee compliance with HUD, LIHTC, and voucher regulations; manage contract renewals and rent schedules. Coordinate staffing and setup for new communities.

What We're Looking For
Proven Leadership: 5+ years of experience in property management or a related field, with regional oversight. Certified Property Manager (CPM) or Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) certification (preferred) Strategic Thinker: A track record of achieving financial and operational goals. People Focused: Exceptional interpersonal skills and a knack for team building. Problem Solver: The ability to adapt and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. Passion for Housing: A commitment to creating vibrant, inclusive communities.
