Major Responsibilities:

  • Assists in scheduling and coordinating projects. May be involved in design phase of project as well.
  • Works with customers and technical staff to resolve problems with software and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements.
  • Acts as team leader on projects.
  • Participates in development of software user manuals.
  • Protects the confidentiality of information within areas of own position responsibilities by preventing unauthorized release, both verbally and/or in writing.
  • Promotes a continuous quality improvement effort to enhance the services provided to patients, their families, physicians, and members of the UMMHC staff by demonstrating positive attitudes and actions through a display of courtesy, congeniality, cooperation, initiatives, sensitivity and professionalism.

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent is required.

Experience/Skills:

Required:

  • Over 8 years and up to and including 10 years of experience.
  • Must be able to work off hours and participate in on-call rotation.
