Family Services Manager Family Services Full Time 82436BR Job Summary The Family Services Manager's job duties are multi-fold. The Manager is responible for carrying out day to day operations, customer service, IT of the unit. Additionally, the role includes managing the Child Care Referral Service, which sources and provides information to UCSF families in the areas of child care, public and private schools, summer camps, in home Family Child Care, UC and UCSF-specific benefits and more. The Manager also manages and creates content for the MyFamily web portal and the Family Services website, in addition to handling general Family Services communications and contributing to overall program planning and development. Additional, the role manages the Back Up Care programs and contract ensuring uses are tracked and eligibility requirements are met. The role plans, promotes and executes family education events that are planned throught the year and based on meeting the needs of UCSF families. The role researches other opportunities of resources based on diverse needs of the UCSF population. The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. The salary range for this position is $75,700 - $123,100 (Annual Rate).
