Responsibilities We currently have a great opportunity available for a Sr. Manager, Corporate Governance Operations. The Senior Manager of Corporate Governance Operations role, reporting to the SVP Governance and Legal, Corporate Secretary & General Counsel will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive corporate governance and communications strategies that align with Sysmex's mission, vision, and strategic objectives. As a trusted strategic advisor to the CEO and entire Executive Team, this Sr. Manager will prioritize strategic efforts to communicate and support key corporate initiatives and actively contribute to strategic communication and legal processes for the region as a whole and for entities within the region. This position involves utilizing a variety of channels to deliver timely and impactful content to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the enhancement and protection of Sysmex Americas regional corporate entity image. Key responsibilities include supporting key business and governance structure activities for the region, ensuring legal entity organization, developing the annual SAI corporate communications plan while ensuring corporate governance and other key project activities occur in support of the overall legal strategy. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Develops and executes a corporate governance operations strategy including an Travel Percentage: 5% Qualifications * Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related discipline which may include experience in the Armed Forces * Compliance certification is a plus * Unquestioned integrity and business ethics * English required. Ability to speak/write/read Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus * Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Smartsheet is a plus Sysmex is proud to be an EEO/Affirmative Action employer.
