This role is at the forefront of driving innovation by enabling our partner ecosystem to commercialize on Snowflake's AI Data Cloud. You'll collaborate closely with both customers and partners to develop and scale industry-specific AI applications that deliver measurable business outcomes. By fostering strategic collaboration and accelerating solution delivery, you'll help shape a connected, intelligent data and AI ecosystem that unlocks new growth opportunities and transforms how our customers make actionable decisions with data.

We're seeking a business development executive with deep expertise in Healthcare and Life Sciences, strategic partnerships, and go-to-market execution. • Drive Vertical AI Value Realization: Collaborate closely with customer data executives to identify, onboard, and implement strategic Vertical AI applications that directly address their key initiatives and deliver measurable business value.

  • Fuel Expansion with Vertical AI: Proactively identify opportunities to expand the footprint of our pre-built Vertical AI applications within existing customer accounts, unlocking new use cases and accelerating strategic programs.

  • Empower Executive AI Vision: Partner with our internal data executives to develop and articulate a compelling vision for the future of AI, specifically positioning them as strategic advisors to CEOs on the potential of Agentic AI and Software-as-Labor within the HCLS industry.

  • Champion Native Vertical AI Architecture: Articulate the unique value proposition of running Vertical AI applications directly within the customer's Snowflake environment, highlighting the benefits of data gravity, governance, and performance ("Apps to Data").

  • Accelerate Market Adoption: Drive the rapid go-to-market and adoption of high-impact Vertical AI applications ("unicorns") with our key "major league lineup of customers."

ON DAY ONE WE WILL EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:
  • 8-12 years of industry experience with direct sales, closing, partnership/alliances or business development

  • Prior background in HCLS specifically in AI partnerships and product development

  • Strong verbal and executive presentation skills

  • Strong business and financial acumen

  • Proven self-starter with a high degree of initiative

  • The ability to measure and report on the success of your business

  • Proven history of working in a matrix environment

  • A Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience)
