About the Role:
We are looking for an Account Manager to oversee the
implementation and adoption of RightSource products for assigned clients,
ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. In this role, you will work closely
with clients to understand their needs, provide best-practice guidance, and
address any issues to ensure successful integration and engagement with site
staff. As the primary support contact, you will build strong client
relationships, establish trust, and prioritize exceptional customer
satisfaction through responsive, high-quality support.
What You'll Do:
- Guide and advise new and existing clients and site staff on
RightSource software - Provide operational best practices and procedures to ensure
successful implementation of services - Serve as the client's first point of contact for the
RightSource team after signed addendum is received - Responsible for introductory procedures, including sending
welcome emails and scheduling kick-off activities - Develop kick-off presentation tailored to the client and the
client's selected services and products - Manage the Go-Live Calendar and Tracker
- Build rapport with clients, coordinates weekly calls,
creates Go-Live timeline, performs trainings, and coordinates schedule - Ensure proper set up of properties within RightSource
software - Research, analyze, and resolve RightSource software and
compliance service issues, identifies when client issues need escalation, and
determines the appropriate support resources for problem resolution - Review documentation to ensure that requested/required
documentation has been received for all properties within scope - Effectively communicate with client contacts to answer
questions and respond to general inquiries, communicate updates and changes
across all cross-functional teams as well as key stakeholders; follow up on
outstanding items and ensures resolution - Ensure proper tracking of escalated issues, log cases, and
create documentation for issue resolution - Maintain knowledge of RightSource software and affordable
housing programs - Perform special projects as needed
- Occasional travel may be required
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field;
or an equivalent combination of education and experience - Two plus (2+) years of experience with LIHTC, HUD, and other
affordable housing programs - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work individually as well as collaborate within a
team environment to achieve set goals - Ability to meet critical deadlines and prioritize multiple
tasks in a fast-paced environment - Independent sound decision making and problem-solving skills
- Aptitude for learning new technology
- Flexibility and the ability to manage changing priorities
- Proven people skills and the ability to be personable and
professional - Client-centered commitment and focus
Ideal to Have:
- Industry certification for Section 8 and Tax Credit housing
programs

Annual compensation range: $68,640 - $76,500
