JPI has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Superintendent, OSC to join our Operation Support Center team located in Dallas, TX.

The role of the Senior Superintendent, OSC is proactively assessing risks and deliver insights to the RT Ops team.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

Review and finalize plans and maintain active day to day involvement with RT Ops Team

  • Ensure clear path for execution of Plan A with excellent communication with Site Construction Managers.

  • Delivers trade specific PreCon meetings with Site Construction Managers to ensure Plan adherence.

  • Track field production and manage changes to plan

  • Develop Construction sequencing plan and site logistics plan

  • Participate in project de-risking efforts

Lead execution risk assessment and develop Plan B's

  • Identifies chokepoints and risks and develops plan to coordinate around the issue. (Knows the Plan sequencing and ensures it is communicated and directed).

  • Monitors dashboard daily for trends impacting the Plan, diagnose the root cause and directs OSC resource support and realignment on subcontractor performance both on completion and corrective items.

  • Creates Plan B's/Recovery plans as needed for obstacles and opportunities with the Superintendent and coordinates OSC resources to fully support as needed.

  • Develops and coordinates OSC support of wet weather mitigation pre-planning efforts and implementation

  • Utilize digital technology or other information available to solve technical issues affecting the project

Manages RFI Process

  • Works Directly with Construction team to draft and submit RFI's

  • Manage that RFI's are answered promptly and by correct consultants.

  • Ensure RFI's are distributed to appropriate subs.

  • Inform the Contract Control Lead of RFI's with potential costs attached.

Support CO review process

  • Coordinate with the Construction Manager to verify change order work is valid.

  • Manage change order disputes.

Non-Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Other duties as assigned.

Education, Work Experience, & Physical Requirements

  • 3-5 years' experience in a business or professional setting (inclusive of non-profit or government roles).

  • Proven experience in an executive support role or similar position.

  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

  • Proficiency in using business software and tools, including MS Office and project management applications.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
