Role Overview: The Director of BSA/AML oversees the daily management and development of AML and regulatory policies, including those for cannabis-related businesses. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with evolving regulatory requirements while supervising the team's activities related to monitoring suspicious activities, managing high-risk customers, and maintaining key compliance programs such as the Member Identification Program (MIP) and OFAC. Additionally, the position includes managing CTR operations and fraud prevention efforts to safeguard the institution from potential risks. Key Responsibilities:
Essential Qualifications: Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. Eight (8)+ years of previous BSA and AML experience at a retail financial institution and ACAMS certification is required.
