The Executive Housekeeper oversees the housekeeping, laundry, and public space operations, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance meet brand standards. This role involves managing budgets, staffing, training, and safety while fostering employee engagement and driving guest satisfaction. Key responsibilities include developing procedures, maintaining inventory, coordinating with other departments, and delivering exceptional service aligned with Choice Hotels' values and strategic goals.The annual salary range is $70,587.00 to $90,125.00. This position is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and hotel performance. Key Responsibilities - Participates in the development and implementation of business strategies for the hotel which are aligned with Choice Hotels overall culture beliefs, mission, vision values and strategies
- Manages the operation of the housekeeping, public space and laundry areas; ensures that the rooms and public space areas meet Radisson cleanliness expectations and are continually restocked and maintained
- Develops and implements strategies and practices which support employee engagement
- Creates 100% guest satisfaction by providing the Radisson Blu experience through performance that demonstrates the standards of genuine hospitality and exceeding guest expectations. Provides employees with the training and resources they need to maximize employee engagement and deliver Yes I Can! service and teamwork
- Performs other duties as required by Management to provide 100% Guest Satisfaction and genuine hospitality to our Guest Requirements
