We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant/Bookkeeper to join our team. This is a full-time position with a consistent schedule from Monday to Friday, offering 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will assist with a variety of office tasks, including running errands such as dropping off packages at the post office and making trips to the bank.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with general office tasks (filing, organizing, answering phones)
  • Help manage and maintain office records
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks using Microsoft Office or QuickBooks
  • Run occasional errands, such as dropping off packages and making bank deposits

Requirements:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) or QuickBooks is required
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and handle a variety of office duties
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Positive attitude and willingness to assist with different tasks as needed
