THE JOB:

As a Lounge Server at Mandalay Bay, you will play a key role in supporting the operations of our vibrant lounge areas. Your responsibilities will range from assisting with event setups and breakdowns to ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the lounge environment. Whether clearing tables, restocking supplies, or assisting the cocktail servers, your proactive efforts will create a welcoming and seamless experience for our guests.

THE STARTING RATE:$14.0487

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Assist with the setup and breakdown of events, ensuring the lounge is ready for service.
• Responsible for running food.
• Support cocktail servers by clearing tables, wiping surfaces, and managing trash.
• Restock supplies, including food items and essentials, to maintain service flow.
• Address spills, clear trash cans, and uphold cleanliness standards throughout the shift.
• Step in as needed to perform various support tasks, such as breaking down boxes or mopping floors.
• Collaborate with the lounge team to provide timely support during peak periods.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Has some prior experience in customer service, ideally in hospitality or food and beverage.
• Enjoys interacting with guests and delivering excellent service.
• Understands basic service techniques, including clearing tables and replenishing stock.
• Flexible, team-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced lounge environment.
