The Job at a Glance The IT Support Analyst provides support to the Parts Town end-user community and their corresponding technologies, including desktops, laptops, phones, mobile devices, wireless scanners, printers, etc. The IT Support Analyst (known as I Fix Everything, internally) resolves incidents by troubleshooting, communicating, and documenting issue resolution. You will participate in the implementation of new systems and upgrades and will contribute to the continuous improvement & innovation of the end-user technologies at Parts Town. A Typical Day

The salary range for this role is $53,369.40- $71,408.88 annually ($28.09 - $34.33 hourly) which is based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Parts Town is a pay for performance-company. In addition to base pay, some roles offer a profit-sharing program, and an annual bonus depending on the role.
