Job Description:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent analytical abilities, and experience in handling disputes and resolving conflicts effectively. This position requires someone who can multitask, communicate well with others, and contribute to a smooth-running office environment.

Key Responsibilities:



  1. Microsoft Suite Expertise:
  2. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Sharepoint) for various tasks, including creating reports, generating spreadsheets, and preparing presentations.
  3. Maintain databases and assist in data entry or analysis tasks using Excel.
  4. Ensure effective use of Outlook for scheduling, email management, and communication.
  5. Analytical Skills:
  6. Review and analyze data to assist in decision-making and identify trends.
  7. Create reports, summaries, and insights based on collected data.
  8. Dispute Resolution:
  9. Address and resolve minor disputes, ensuring positive outcomes.
  10. Collaborate with managers or relevant departments to resolve more complex disputes in a timely and effective manner.



Qualifications:



  • Proven experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) at an intermediate or advanced level.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and create actionable insights.
  • Experience in dispute resolution or handling conflict, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous office experience or administrative support roles are preferred.



Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience with data analysis tools or software beyond Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with customer service principles and practices.
