Project Policy Analyst 3 - Together for Wellness

The UCLA National Center for Child Traumatic Stress (NCCTS) is seeking to hire a full-time Contract Project Policy Analyst 3 to complete the duties of Program Administrator for the Together in Wellness Project at UCLA. The Program Administrator will work closely with the Project Director, to manage projects and coordinate activities. You will support workgroup staffing and communications with Together for Wellness partners (UC Davis and Chorus). Additionally, you will coordinate and liaise with partner sites to ensure effective communication regarding Service Systems projects and needs. You'll also organize team meetings and maintain the shared collaborative workspace.

• Trauma-Informed Organizational Assessment Project Coordination (TIOA)

Pay Range: $68,800.00 - $141,000.00 annually.

Required:

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience
• Expertise in project management.
• Experience using Microsoft Office products and collaborative meeting software (i.e. Zoom, Web-ex, etc.)
• Experience working with multi-disciplinary professionals.
• Some knowledge of child trauma/child traumatic stress and child-serving systems (schools, healthcare, child welfare, juvenile justice, mental health)
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively with diverse groups of people in order to accomplish tasks and/or meet goals and objectives
• Strong written and oral communication skills

• Master's degree in psychology, social work or related field
