THE JOB:

Join the Bardot Brasserie team as a Bus Person, where you'll play a key role in ensuring the seamless operation of our restaurant. From the dining room to the storerooms and beverage stations, your focus will be on maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization. Working closely with Food Servers, you'll help ensure that outstanding guest service is consistently achieved, creating an exceptional experience for every guest.

THE STARTING RATE:$14.2745 plus tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Work with servers to ensure proper guest service

• Polish flatware, set up tables with appropriate silverware, glassware, linen, condiments, and accessories, fold napkins properly and ensure ashtrays are clean and available on tables in designated smoking areas

• Clear, clean, and sanitize booth/chair cushions and tables completely, and reset with clean linens, ashtrays votive candles, glassware, and any additional tabletop items needed

• Remove dirty dishes, debris, and linens from table and bring to the kitchen for proper washing and disposing of trash in designated receptacles

• Coordinate table availability and constantly communicates with Server, Hostess, and Management to ensure tables are turned efficiently

• Serve water, coffee, and soft drinks, refilling when needed

• Ensure that dining room floors are clean and free of debris

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 1+ years of experience in a similar service role, such as Bus Person or Food Server

• Exhibits proficiency in a high-volume environment

• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and organization

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members

• Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain composed under pressure

• Experience working in a similar resort setting

• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
