What does the PCT role entail? 3-4 days a week, rotating Saturdays (Sundays off!) 10-12 hour shifts (no late night or overnight shifts) Shift times between 4:00am-7:00pm NO prior medical or dialysis experience required- we will train you! Responsibilities: provide care for patients on dialysis treatment in clinic setting. Please note you will be expected to work around blood and with needles- inlcluded in hands-on training Work with alongside a team of dedicated healthcare professionals and deliver quality care and build lasting relationships with patients 12 weeks of full-time paid training + nationally recognized dialysis technician certification/licensure provided at no cost to teammates What does a successful PCT look like? High School Diploma (HSD) or GED required Passionate about patient care and working hands-on in the healthcare field Team player, strong multi-tasking skills, ability to work in fast-paced environment Flexibility and availability to work early mornings, evenings, and Saturdays Medical experience a plus but NOT required. i.e. hemodialysis certification (CCHT), nursing assistant (CNA), medical assistant (MA/CMA), phlebotomist (CPT) Eager to learn and grow!
