Job Description

The Director of Analytics and Business Application Services leads the delivery of innovative and transformational solutions for Analytics, Administrative Reporting, Electronic Data Warehouse, Business Applications, and systems integration platforms. This leadership role incorporates responsibilities relating to planning, evaluating and selecting new technologies, management of staff and resources to achieve goals as well as implementing, supporting and ensuring optimal user experience and adoption for solutions supporting organizational initiatives and strategies. The Director is the senior leader focused upon business solutions that support the non-clinical operations of the enterprise including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems for HR, Finance and Supply Chain, service management, data integration for both clinical and business systems and a range of analytical and decision support tools including data presentation and warehouse capabilities. This position directs managers and a staff of professionals skilled in systems analysis and programming, data architecture, and integration engines that support hospital, ambulatory and outpatient areas. The Director oversees departmental staff responsible for providing 24x7 operational support.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelors' degree with Masters or other post graduate degree in Healthcare, IT, or operations/business/public administration field preferred.

Ten (10) years information technology implementation experience required including five (5) years in a management role.

Strong health care experience in analytics, and business systems

Ability to lead and interact at all levels within the organization with senior technology leadership mandatory.

Experience leading matrixed organizational structures.

Demonstrated project management skills (technology and people) and the technical ability to oversee and implement multiple plans that meet diverse demands.

Ability to be self directed with excellent organizational, analytical, writing, communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven skills leading and developing technical resources as well as excellent team work skills among peers.

Salary Range:

$95.92 - $143.88 USD Hourly
