Inventory Management Coordinator needed for a contract role in Tempe, AZ

Job Description:

Performs general administrative support tasks in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:


  • Prepare and maintain records of products shipped and track customer-returned product shipments.
  • Issue Return Material Authorizations (RMA's) and resolve customer order difficulties.
  • Ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
  • Receive incoming materials, unpack, and check goods against purchase orders or invoices.
  • Verify quantity and conformance of materials to stated identifications.
  • Stock and distribute materials in inventory and on manufacturing lines.
  • Determine the validity of warranty claims and schedule repair resources.
  • Track sales shipments and delivery to provide customers with status updates on RMA items.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word required.

Qualifications:

  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent with 1 to 3 years of prior related experience.



In compliance with the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the pay rate for this role is $16.00/hr-$23/hr. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.

Employment Pre-requisites

The following requirements must be met to be eligible for this position: successful completion of a background investigation, and drug urinalysis.
