An excellent career opportunity is currently available for a Mobility Specialist Special Operations reporting to Aires West Coast region.

This exciting opportunity is in a high growth environment where you will utilize your experience in customer service to facilitate the end-to-end relocation process for corporate transferees and their families.

Position Responsibilities:



  • Counsels transferees on policy benefits.
  • Coordinates household goods and family services.
  • Counsels and assists transferees with expense submission.
  • Communicates with relocating transferee and family throughout the move to provide a positive mobility experience.
  • Collaborates with internal teams to ensure services are delivered accurately and timely.
  • Handles VIP/complex file assignment.
  • Acts as a mentor and subject matter expert to less senior staff.
  • Provides regional support and coverage in periods of high-volume, transition, or extended absences.
  • Participates in ongoing training initiatives to stay current on new systems and processes.


Required Qualifications:



  • High School Diploma/GED required, Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of customer service experience in the relocation industry
  • CRP/GMS certifications preferred


Additional Qualifications:



  • Excellent customer service and administrative skills
  • Computer literacy with MS Office products, and ability to grasp proprietary software
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing tasks
  • Ability to follow policies and procedures
  • Can-do attitude
