Strategic Product Manager - Growth & Partnerships (Remote)

Netsmart is seeking a Growth Product Strategist to lead the expansion and monetization of our RevConnect platform-driving innovation in claims processing, clearinghouse connectivity, and revenue cycle optimization for healthcare providers.
This externally focused, high-impact role blends strategic product vision with market development. You'll identify growth opportunities, shape solution strategy, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver capabilities that streamline billing workflows, reduce denials, and increase reimbursement performance for providers.
You'll work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and client-facing teams to bring new features to market, guide product messaging, and position RevConnect as a differentiated solution in the RCM ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research, client interviews, and industry analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform product strategy.
  • Develop and validate business cases for new offerings or feature enhancements that align with provider needs and financial objectives.
  • Define and manage product roadmaps aligned with strategic priorities and client feedback.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Client Alignment, and Marketing teams to develop value propositions, go-to-market plans, and sales enablement materials.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in client conversations, industry discussions, and internal planning sessions.
  • Translate industry trends and operational challenges into actionable product requirements and phased development plans.
  • Partner with engineering to deliver high-quality features, integrations, and performance improvements in an Agile development environment.
  • Monitor product performance and adoption metrics to guide iteration and optimization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, information systems, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of product strategy, solution management, or market development experience in healthcare IT or revenue cycle management.
  • Strong understanding of provider-side RCM workflows, clearinghouse functions, and transaction standards (837, 835, 270/271).
  • Proven ability to identify market needs, shape strategy, and support product launches with measurable business impact.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills; able to translate complex challenges into actionable product plans.
