About Us

Under the guidance of the Campus Administrator, Food Services Director, and Food Services Supervisor, our team prepares delicious meals and maintains high standards of kitchen cleanliness and food safety.

Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated Food Services Team Member to prepare meals according to standardized recipes, assist with special functions, and ensure a clean and organized kitchen environment. This role is vital in creating a welcoming dining experience for our residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meal Preparation: Cook meals according to standardized recipes and portion guidelines. Serve food in the dining room with attention to detail and presentation.
  • Inventory Management: Plan the utilization of leftovers, monitor inventory levels, and minimize waste. Store perishable foods properly.
  • Supervision: Assist with receiving and storing deliveries. Ensure safe food handling practices.
  • Staff Coordination: Fill in for other cooks or the Food Services Supervisor as needed.
  • Resident Support: Understand and support the Resident Bill of Rights. Maintain confidentiality for residents and staff.
  • Compliance: Adhere to local, state, and federal regulations. Attend and participate in committee meetings as required.

Qualifications
  • Experience in food service or culinary arts is preferred but not required.

  • Flexibility to fill in for other roles as needed.
