Job Details The Program Specialist for the Jefferson Center for Interprofessional Practice and Education (JCIPE) is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of JCIPE programs as well as assisting with their development and delivery. The incumbent will work closely with faculty, staff members, students, and clinicians to develop, manage, deliver, and evaluate clinical, simulation, educational, and research programs. Duties include student and facilitator recruitment and tracking; faculty, staff, and student participant support; scheduling of orientations, workshops, and other program events; development of program materials and electronic curriculum delivery systems; interfacing with other campus offices and community-based organizations; and helping to develop and deliver program content.Job Description ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
o Management of the Center's social media presence on Instagram, LinkedIn, and X o Production of JCIPE's biannual newsletter o Planning of events such as the annual Recognition Ceremony and biennial conference o Participation in JCIPE's Racial and Social Justice Taskforce and its subcommittees
