SUMMARY OF DUTIES

The role involves troubleshooting, optimizing, maintaining, and implementing operational systems. It focuses on fostering innovation, driving process improvements, and ensuring systems align with company standards to enhance efficiency.

Essential Functions Performed:

1. Evaluate and address Oracle EBS R12.x system requirements across various departments, including:

  • Regulatory, Accounting, Human Resources, Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, R&D, Purchasing, Planning, WIP, Inventory, Logistics, Quality, Document Control, Legal, and Finance.

2. Develop and implement global systems, standards, training programs, and departmental procedures.

3. Create detailed reports, data solutions, and perform advanced data analysis to support decision-making.

4. Assist in the design and delivery of training programs for both new employees and departmental staff on Merit systems.

5. Standardize the implementation of Merit systems at new global sites.

6. Manage system troubleshooting and incident resolution to ensure smooth operation.

7. Configure, update, and secure application systems and user access control.

8. Administer business user access and collaborate with stakeholders to meet user needs.

9. Recommend and support continuous improvement in application development and system standards.

10. Deliver additional tasks and solutions as required by the organization.

Essential Physical/Environmental Demands:

* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (per local standards).

* Activities include sitting, standing, bending, writing, reading, and maintaining visual acuity (including color and depth perception).

Preferred Qualifications:

* Expertise in Oracle EBS R12.x or SAP S/4 HANA, or similar enterprise level ERP system.

* Proficiency in SQL (Oracle SQL, MSSQL, My SQL etc.) for database management and query optimization.

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

* Minimum of six years in systems design, analysis, and training, with three years of project management experience.

* Proficiency in training others on complex systems with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Preferred experience in the medical device industry.

* Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

* Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and collaborate within teams.

* Strong computer skills in spreadsheets, word processing, databases, and other relevant applications.

COMMENTS

Infectious Control Risk Category III:

The risk category explains whether or not employees are likely to come into contact with blood or body fluids while performing their jobs. Risk category III states employment and procedures that do not require exposure.
