Regency Brookfield is seeking Personal Attendants to join our team of professionals who are passionate about providing exceptional care to our residents. Pay and Benefits: Starting at $16.00/hour, with potential earnings up to $18/hour based on experience and certifications Shift Differentials for 2nd and 3rd shifts Shift Bonuses What You'll Do: As a caregiver at Regency, your essential duties include: Assisting residents with showering, bathing, toileting, and other daily activities Supporting residents with 1:1 transfers Escorting residents to meals and activities per their care plan Encouraging and facilitating resident participation in activities Performing first aid as trained Assisting with medication or treatments under licensed nurse direction Completing light housekeeping and laundry tasks Providing compassionate, person-centered care Qualifications: Preferred: Current Wisconsin Nursing Assistant Certification or CBRF Caregiver Certification If uncertified, 1 year of caregiving experience is preferred Ability to read and follow instructions in English Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays A cooperative, team-oriented attitude Why Join Regency New Berlin?
